About Mystrix
What Mystrix is
Mystrix is a story-program platform supporting fiction, documentary, explainer, instructional,
and disclosed hybrid works. Readers experience the form's authored scenes, sequences, sections,
or course lessons through prose, cinematic moments, evidence, and form-appropriate interaction.
Branch-capable fiction and hybrid programs may offer authored choices or free-form mapping;
documentaries and explainers keep their sealed factual flow, while instructional programs use
deterministic practice, assessment, mastery, and progress instead of a fiction turn. Mystrix is
not a general chatbot or an ebook store: the player advances one versioned program authority and
preserves every committed reader decision, assessment attempt, and state change the selected form
permits.
Reader and Creator experiences
The reader website and reader app are for discovering stories, documentaries, and courses;
opening or resuming sessions; reading transcripts or completing lessons; and managing account
features. Mystrix Studio and the Creator app provide form-specific authoring for fiction worlds,
documentary evidence, and structured instructional curricula, alongside cinematic staging and
published program versions. Both experiences use the same signed-in Mystrix account, but their
navigation, notification inboxes, and settings are separate.
Network Sites directory
The Network Sites page links to other public product destinations. It omits the Beava.site
umbrella and the Mystrix site the reader is already using, so those entries do not displace the
cross-product directory on smaller screens.
How interactive stories work
A published program supplies its form-specific canon or source authority, narrative units,
permitted interaction model, and safety boundaries for a session. The player combines that
authored material with current session state without inventing a branch channel for a sealed form.
It never lets a later response erase a committed choice or silently replace the published version.
Some programs are solo; others can use parties and votes. A completed session remains available as
a transcript rather than becoming a new run automatically.
What the assistant can help with
The support assistant explains documented Mystrix features and troubleshooting steps and cites
the public help article it used. When you are signed in it can look up your own subscription,
Story, payout, notification, and session details, read-only. It
cannot read anyone else's account or change any account, issue a refund,
make a moderation decision, verify identity, or perform an account deletion. The human-support
control remains available whenever a signed-in user wants a person.
On the Support page, you can allow or turn off support memory, see saved details and
conversation summaries, save a detail, or erase them. Turning memory off erases both.
