Privacy and account data
Requesting account deletion
Creator Studio's web Settings page provides Delete account. Enter the current password
and confirm with the Delete account button to permanently erase the account and its owned data.
Limited invoice references and charge amounts may remain for later refund and dispute accounting.
Account deletion is different from cancelling a subscription; active subscription billing must
end separately before deletion. Unsettled creator or performer compensation also blocks deletion.
Support must settle prepaid image-service funds or an image-service amount due before deletion.
Earned referral cash and pending referral payouts must also be settled before deletion.
Character reuse also blocks deletion while an external Story grant remains active, a prepaid
usage reserve or funding shortfall remains, or an earned character royalty is unpaid. This
includes amounts smaller than one cent. After those obligations clear, identifying reader
fields are removed from retained usage evidence and owned offers are erased. Financial
receipts, accepted terms, usage allocations and their opaque accounting identities remain
available for settlement, refunds and audit; deletion does not erase a debt or payment history.
Another active account request may require retrying after that request finishes. If you
currently control a Story whose original creator is another account, transfer control to an
eligible collaborator and have them accept it before deleting your account. Mystrix refuses the
deletion rather than leave that Story without an administrator. Stories you originally created
continue to follow the normal owned-Story erasure rules; transferring administrative control does
not transfer attribution, storage ownership, or earnings ownership.
Ask for human support if the control is unavailable or the request remains blocked. Do not
send a password or confirmation code to support.
The automated assistant cannot verify identity or delete an account on your behalf.
If you shared a sound effect with creators, account deletion removes its pool listing and the
independent pool master. Copies another creator already added to their Story remain in that
creator's asset library under the reuse permission you accepted when sharing. Removing a sound
from Public sounds likewise stops new use without recalling existing Story copies.
Requesting or correcting personal data
Ask for human support for a copy of account data or for correction of personal information
that cannot be edited in account settings. State the type of data involved and the account
email address. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, authentication tokens, or
one-time verification codes.
Reporting a privacy or security concern
Ask for human support immediately if you believe someone else accessed the account or if
private information appeared where it should not. Describe what happened and when, but do
not paste secrets or credentials into the conversation.
